With Nitro Coffee becoming more popular every year, this recipe adds an indulgent twist to the trend. Combining the smooth taste of our Bozast Medium Roast with creamy vanilla ice cream and rich nitro coffee stout, this float-inspired cocktail is the perfect after-dinner treat.
Directions:
Add ice, cold brewed Bozast Medium Roast coffee, Frangelico, and Braulio (or your favorite amaro) into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a pilsner glass.
Top with Nitro Coffee Stout, filling the glass about ¾ full to leave room for ice cream.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
Optional: Drizzle with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, or sprinkles for an extra decadent finish.
